Chia Seeds have so many benefits and add so much nutrients into our diets! Chia seeds are packed with omega-3 fatty acids, with nearly five grams in a one-ounce serving. These fats are important for brain health. Chia helps keep our teeth and bones stronger, a serving of chia seeds has 18% of the recommended daily intake for calcium, which puts you well on your way to maintaining bone and oral health, and preventing osteoporosis. Who would have thought all that and more just from those little seeds?!

The glorious wonders of Chia seeds! I swear these seeds everywhere! Besides Chias seeds having so much nutrients in them, they are so easy to use. You can add them to just about anything. I am back to eating mostly vegan again after my few weekends of indulging too much cheese and bread! I was pretty strict about my lifestyle when I first figured out I had food sensitivites. Now that I know what upsets my digestive system and what to expect I seem to have more cheat weekends then before! I donx't believe in depriving yourself though, life is full if good foods and I plan on eating them from time to time. But it is now time to be serious and watch what I put in my body again!

Since reconnecting on Instagram again a few months ago I am so amazed at how many awesome recipes I see from all these foodies! Intune I have found great photos and recipes for Chia pudding! Which is great because it is a vegan friendly breakfast or snack and for me that means a happy tummy!  So I have been experimenting with new flavors and fruits to eat it with! The thing I love about breakfasts like Chia pudding or Overnight oats is they are ready when you wake up, and you get to dress it with yummy toppings however you want!
